The Lotus Floating Chinese Restaurant offers a superb
location to match its award winning cuisine. With the
flexibilty of its open plan top deck, The Lotus is able
to cater for corporate hospitality ranging from outstanding
finger buffets to lunch or dinner for small groups through
to banquet for a maximum of 500 guests, when both decks
are being used.
The Lotus offers three principal menus, The Emperor,
The Courtesan and The Mandarin. An additional menu The
Sampan should be consulted if you wish to have finger
buffet.
