(1) IMPERIAL HORS D'OEUVRES
Gargantuan King Prawns
Fillet of Beef Satays Pheonix Prawn Toasts
Siu Mai Dim Sum Vegetarain Spring Rolls
Crispy Seaweed

(2) CRISPY AROMATIC DUCK
Served with pancakes, spring onions and cucumber with plum Hoi Sin sauce.

(3) MAIN COURSE

FILLET OF BEEF STIR FRIED WITH ONION
Prime fillet of beef marinaded in a rich soya sauce stir fried with sweet onions.
FRIED PRAWNS IN SZECHUAN SAUCE
Prawns fried with chilli & green peppers, hot to the touch and taste.
CHICKEN WITH WHITE WINE SAUCE
Tender chicken fillets lightly battered and served with White Wine Sauce.
DOVER SOLE BASKET
Sliced dover sole fillets stir fried with asparagus in its own deep fried skeleton basket.
SALT AND PEPPER MUSHROOMS
Deep fried succulent mushrooms coated with Szechuan spices.
SINGAPORE NOODLES
Rice noodles fried with Ham, Barbecued Pork, Prawns and other ingredients. (Slightly Hot)
LOTUS LEAF RICE
King prawn fried rice, wrapped in a Lotus Leaf and steamed to entrap flavours.
